Gagan Rice Mill is well placed in terms of procuring paddy from the farmers. Being in the fertile land of Etawah, UP wherein the entire district is well fed by many rivers like Yamuna, Chambal, Sengar etc. help us ensure that the process of producing the best quality rice starts from the fields.
The systematic examination, checking and rechecking of paddy and rice to determine the fool proof quality of the end product is the hallmark of Gagan Rice Mill.
Gagan Rice Mill has a hi-tech processing plant which confirms excellence at every stage. Any work of art is good as the expertise and infrastructure provided for its crafting. We have an excellent infrastructure for procurement, production, quality control a distribution of Rice.
Our physical laboratories are well equipped for quality management of samples, incoming materials, in process materials and outgoing materials. All the process has in stage and online quality approval and identification process.
From selection of seeds to monitoring harvest and crop everything is done very professionally so that we can procure the right produce at the right price. Once the paddy grains are harvested, they are analyzed by the Quality Experts, who then hand pick the Best grains.
These selected grains then reach our Factories, where the Quality Control Department, after analyzing many parameters like Purity, Length, Aroma etc. send them to the Inventory Department.
Later the paddy grains are classified according to the parameters provided by the Quality Control Department. When the Paddy Grains are ready for Milling, it is cleaned and fed into our Latest Rice Milling Plants.
These plants are very sensitive and efficient. They mill the Paddy while maintaining the highest Hygienic conditions. Also, during the process of milling, main thrust is on protecting the Nutritional Value of the grains. After the milling process, Rice is cleaned and prepared for further processes.
The Process of Sorting out the Damaged or Discolored grains is a tough task, but with the use of Cutting edge technology provided by the leading machine suppliers like SATAKE(JAPAN), it is done flawlessly.
After removing the broken grains (if Required), the rice is ready to be packed. The packed rice is then stored in our godowns, from where the deliveries are made to the customers.
